  A seemingly ordinary man awakens in the hospital one night.  All this man can remember is his name... Steven Perry.  Steven works as an insurance broker in the Boston area but at night his sleep is plagued with unsettling dreams.  In his dreams a woman, (Samantha Perry),continues to ask him for help.  But why he doesn't know. Steven feels a connection with this woman although he believes he's never met her...

Michael Marshall is the Director of the Central Intelligence Agencies covert branch - Rover.  Charlie McCarthy, A mole in the NSA working for N. Korea blackmails Michael into handing over a weapon created under his supervision.  The weapon is called the CBM-5  (Cerebral Brain Manipulator), a  unique weapon that surrenders an individual to mind control. 

Unbeknownst to himself the creator of this weapon... is Steven Perry. 

Realizing they don't have a certain microchip to activate the weapon Charlie McCarthy and his team pursue Steven.  Steven comes face to face with his past and must fight to protect himself, the weapon and a familiar stranger.  Receiving help from a dangerous source and not knowing who to trust... Steven attempts what may be an impossiblity.
